Raised in rural Southern Illinois in a family that loved to camp and fish, the owner enjoyed the beauty of this region long before attending SIU Carbondale.  A home builder and a woodworker, he also loves good wine and good food.  Throw in his "I never met a stranger" attitude and you have an idea how the vision for Cave Creek Cabins was born.  Add up all these traits and the end result is cabins that are beautiful, comfortable and just a great place to gather.
